  • Egg Substitutes:
  • Egg Substitute:  Use 1/2 banana = 1 egg
  • Egg Substitute 2:  1/2 cup applesauce = 1 egg
  • Egg Substitute 3:  Mix together:  1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 1 1/2 Tablespoons oil and 1 1/2 Tablespoons water = 1 egg
  • Egg Substitute 4:  1 teaspoon yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water = 1 egg
